IHC Committees

In 2007, the board of directors began to follow the new committee structure set up in 2006.  These committees were formed for the purpose of facilitating communication between the members and to have a larger group to brainstorm new innovative ideas.  The new structure puts one chair person at the head of the committee that is responsible for main communication with the board and and several sub-committee chairs, each with their own area to manage.
